FAIR “AUTO MOTO FEST – NIS 2010” OPENED

On Second fair of  cars, motors and accessories “Auto moto fest Nis 2010” which is held in organization of “City Marketing Center”  until 3rd  of October in Hall “Cair”, people from Nis will have chance to see the newest models 16 world famous automobile brands. Eight models will be premiere presented on Serbian market on this fair on which shows more then 50 exhibitors of car, equipment, banks and leasing companies, almost double more then in 2009. This important economic event, in the presence of the Major of City of Nis and representatives of patron , city municipalities of Medijana, Palilula and Pantelej, is opened by Slobodan Milosavljevic, Minister of Ministry of Trade and Services of Republic of Serbia.

WITH KNOWLEDGE TO THE HEALTH

Preventive center of Health Center in Nis with cooperation with CM Palilula organized in the hall of Local office “CRVENA ZVEZDA” within campaign “With knowledge to the health”, activity named “Education of women about breast self-examination”. Within this occasion delegation of CM Palilula, Milos Stojkovic, member of Council and Slavoljub Savic, Head of Municipal Administration Associate, of City Municipality of Palilula visited participants of this activity and medical stuff wished successful work. Doctor Svetlana Kostic from Preventive Center of Health Center in Nis, gave a first lecture to the interested women of the settlement “Crvena Zvezda” in Municipality Palilula.

JOY OF EUROPE IN NIS

Fourth “Meeting of friendship – Joy of Europe 2010” will be held in Nis in the hall of St. Sava home, 6th of October in 6 pm – announced Miljko Petrovic, art director of Church – dancing ensemble “Branko”, that is organizer of this Meetings. This important and already traditional manifestation of culture and this year will be held in cooperation with City Municipality of Palilula, within maintenance of “Children week in Nis”. Participants of program in this year meetings of friendship “Joy of Europe” in Nis will be children` choir “Golden nightingale” from Skopje in Macedonia, Ballet studio of Children Centre in Belgrade, Church dancing ensemble “Branko” and finalist of Festival of May Song.

Campaign “With knowledge to the health” – EDUCATION OF WOMEN ABOUT BREAST SELF-EXAMINATION  will be organized in local offices of CM Palilula during October and November, was announced at a press conference. About program of this unique health campaign and cooperation CM Palilula and Health Center in Nis, results of activities of CARAVAN OF HEALTH, which is realized during the summer in rural area of the Municipality spoke Dr Milan Manojlovic, director of Health Center of Nis, Prof Dr Igor Novakovic, president of CM Palilula, Dr Nevena Simovic, charge of public relations in Health Center – Preventive Center in Nis and Slavoljub Savic,  Head of Municipal Administration Associate.

4TH FAIR OF AGRICULTURE HELD

City of Nis, Administration of Agriculture and Rural Development, in cooperation with city municipalities and associations, organized successfully in Nis, 25th and 26th of September 2010 Fourth Fair of Agriculture. This economic and tourists manifestation continues thirteen tradition of farm and livestock exhibition in Nis. Within program of the Fair of Agriculture is included and maintenance of exhibition of representative racial throat (second Regional beef exhibition) traditional Republic exhibition of goats and ships, small animals and pets and DEMO ZOO Park of exotic species. This year, in space of Veterinary Specialist Institute Nis, in the fair represented and exhibitors in the field of agro-machinery.

LITTLE TAEKWONDO  ATHLETES WON MEDALS

Taekwondo club “Astra” in cooperation with City Municipality of Palilula, successfully performed at Cup of Serbia for pioneers and cadets, which was held at the end of September in Ruma. On this sports competition by the words of the coach of Club Alexander Stamenkovic, participated six small competitors (category until 10 years old). They had received appearance. Silver medals were won by Dusan Stevanovic and Andriana Milojevic, two broneze: Nenad Zivkovic and Nikola Nikolic and Nikola Zivkovic and Aleksa Spasic occupied fourth place. Club taekwondo “Astra” exist three years and currently is working on territory of Palilula Municipality. Support of the Municipality to the youngest competitors became a praxis to our work and its defined within Strategy of development of our organization of local government of the City of Nis – says Prof. Dr Igor Novakovic, president of the Palilula Municipality.

WORLD CAMPAIGN “CLEAN UP THE WORLD” HELD ON BUBANJ

Participants of  scout oriented contest of Serbia, under the name “Cup of King Peter 1st” and volunteers of EKOpolis network, with activities in Memorial Park Bubanj of City Municipality of Palilula, held week of world campaign “Clean up the world”. In general standing the winner of this year 26th Cup of scouts is unit “Vozd Karadjordje” in Nis. It was promoted and aims of project of energetic efficiency about biomass – “Biogenerator”.Competitors of scouts Cup and participants of ecological action “Clean up the World” from Serbia but and guests from Kumanovo in Macedonia, on opening of Cup welcomed Milan Djurdjevic, president of Assembly of City Municipality of Palilula.
